City Council adopts Resolution 93-2022, designating the property as an area in need of redevelopment

Preliminary AINR Report is released
The AINR (Area in Need of Redevelopment) report is received from Clarke Caton Hintz, who had prepared the report by request of the City Council. The goal of the report is to examine the Closson Property and determine whether it meets qualifications as an Area in Need of Redevelopment. When an area is determined to be an AINR, the City Council has the authority to develop the site in ways that may not fall within the typical zoning requirements.
